No problem. I'm the same, I like to shop around ALOT before I buy anything.

RE: Non-HID white light bulbs
so I got my adapters in the mail, I've looked into the housing and i think I am going to attach the adapters just like this, but as I'm unfamiliar with head light wiring I have a question.

is there a positive and negative and does anyone know which is which. I am switching to an H11 connector for my bulbs, just like in the HID tutorial from which i stole the pictures. I just don't wanna buy 40 dollar bulbs and fry them.

neither is marked on the adapter or in the connector.=/ I checked.
Also, could I just crimp this onto my adapter and shove it in the connector? as violent as that sounds.

RE: Non-HID white light bulbs
I used the bottom as power and the top as ground. From what I've read, it doesn't matter which configuration you go with...you should test this though.

Glad you like my pics! Tongue

thanks! that worked perfectly.

However, the silverstars that I bought were not the color I wanted. So even though the wiring worked, i still have mismatched colors.

Also, if any one else is planing to do this, you should know that you have to modify the adapter as it is too long. I'll post pictures of the modification if anyone is interested.

on a final comment. If anyone knows what kind of lights I need to closer match a 6000k bulb in my turn siganal without using HID, I'd appreciate it.

RE: Non-HID white light bulbs
You could check out PIAA. They are more expensive than silverstars and I'm not sure the color would be what you are looking for as I have never used them.

RE: Non-HID white light bulbs
The most important is we have a proper installation for the light bulb. It is for making such a good condition while using the light bulb. However, we must need to choice a best light bulb that can fit into our budget.
