14K miles... w/tire rotation at 7.5K. I've noticed some outside front tire wear on my sedan. I feel that with such 'low' mileage it's a bit too soon for this to happen. BTW -- I've hit no major potholes, nor have I driven over curbs or car parking space blocks. I can't find a TSB or SA on this... so what can you tell me? Thanks. Ray

You appear to have outside front tire wear from what you write...that's all I can tell you...LoL! Can't diagnose through a computer...sorry you're having the problem! Dealer been any help?

I like my Kias with their 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty!

KC. YES...
... the dealer said I need to get their "super-duper" alignment for ONLY $79.99. Of course, I don't want to pay for this work if I find out there's an SA or TSB to correct it. It seems I may have to, though. Thanks. Ray

RE: '10 2.0 Forte EX Sedan/ALIGNMENT
Outside tire wear is generally caused from a lot of hard cornering. I always fill my tires 2-3 psi higher than the posted amount. This results in a more even wear. Car makers always go on the low side to soften the ride. I never have felt a ride difference with the 2-3 psi, but what a difference in tire life it makes. Can you post a picture?

This thread is relatively old, I was wondering if you could update us on your situation. It seems like other posters did the alignment covered by their dealers.
