I just got the Kia Forte 2010. But when i press the voice command bottom, it says that "the system is not ready, please wait". what should i do?

Did you first pair your Bluetooth-enabled phone to the car before pressing the voice command button? Also, sometimes it can take the car several minutes to download your entire phonebook (so that it can recognize your commands) if you have a lot of contacts, so be patient.

If neither of the solutions I mentioned above work, I would demonstrate to your newest dealer that the Bluetooth is stuck in pairing mode.
