The rectangular plastic piece found in the glove box is for the Front License plate -- if the dealer didn't already install it. Note that if you use it there are 2 pins coming out of the back of it -- these are to position the plate on the front bumper/fascia. the 2 holes in the front bumper/fascia are not pilot holes for screws -- they are the pilot holes for the 2 pins on the back of the plastic plate! After positioning the plate on the front bumper/fascia using the 2 pins in the 2 holes you drill pilot holes for the screws -- 3 on the Koup and 4 on the sedan.

I've been doing some digging into converting to auto climate control. That is the aspirator fan for auto climate control. Also, on the dash, in the center, near the windsheild is another sensor for auto climate control.

I think the conversion might be plug and play. You would need the center dash bezel and controls obviously, but it might be plug and play. Gonna keep an eye for wrecked Koups being parted out on-line. Might not ever do this mod, but I am very curious.

I have the 2010 Forte SX and have always thought that there were 2 mics in it. I just assumed though. I never even thought that it could be something else.

I had it mine too, having a push start button...

That i think is a breather hole.For something inside to keep it cooler.....
