I agree with this...call the 1-800 kia telephone number and make a complaint. They need to know when dealer's service departments aren't doing their job!!! Keeping quiet about it doesn't help the next guy/gal.

I like my Kias with their 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty!

RE: Front suspension noise
We only have 1 KIA in town, and it is owned by the same guy that owns the only Mazda dealership here. The next one is 500km away. When I had issues getting my promotion payouts, I had to contact KIA head office, they refered me to the owner. I told him the situation he apologized and cut me a cheque. I want to make a complaint more than you guys know. I work in customer service and provide amazing services for my customers; so this hurts me on a professional level. The fact of the matter is, if I complain about the service manager, it is going to be embarassing next time I have to go in for service.

I have the owners email as have been in contact him regarding the promotion problems.
Do you guys think I should send him an email telling of poor service but specifically not to mention my name or issue to the service manager as I do not want to encounter any issues with continued service? So he can keep an eye or something.
