35 watts... if the ballast is at 12volts, thats 3 amps each. Whoa! (Watts divided by volts = amps)

With our heated seats, windsheilds, fog lamps, rear defrost...wow will our batteries ever get charged at night?

I cant see any markings on the alternator. Is it a 100 AMP? If not, it sure SHOULD be!

Current original mods I'm working on:
1. iPod dock for console from an aftermarket iPod cable
2. Mood Lighting - one color (done)
3. Mood lighting - multi colors (done, trying to rework to make it cheap)
4. Exterior lighting front (secret) parts on order
5. Exterior lighting (secret)
6. Exterior lighting (secret)
7. Illuminated front badge (different design)
8. Push-to-change-color LED dome lamps (use plans from #3)
9. Removing silver SX rim inserts (someones already done it, looks great!)
10. Rewiring fog lamps to stay on with brights (dimmuborgir91 beat me to it)

I think the thread that you are looking for mentions DDM Tuning HID kits. They are only $50, but several guys on my old truck forum are using them and are extremely pleased.

You have to do some modding for HID lamps. There is a thread that covers it.
