yes you can, I made it ... quite easy. if you know what you're doing. You have to cut wires and rewires too ... Must add a relay too.

I can't turn them on untill I turn on the ignition... then, they're independant as I want. Whenever I turn off my ignition, they went down, so impossible to let them on when leaving the vehicule. This is why I'm using the relay. <

I made this modification quite a while ago ...

That is exactally what I want it to do. If you dont mind me asking, how did you do it? I am familiar with wiring and relays so it should not be too hard for me.

If you know wiring, then this should be a no-brainer for you. Cut the wires to the fogs and run them via the relay. Use something else as the relay control. Like the parking lights, or anything that gets power when the ignition is on.
