RE: RDS on the radio?
Sorry for the confusing post. Below are detailed steps on what I did.

1. turn on car (so the radio comes on).
2. turn off radio. (using the power button)
3. press and hold the 1 and 4 (preset buttons) about 2 seconds
4. release the 1 and 4 buttons and quickly press the 1 button 4 times.
(right after that you should get a screen that looks just like a screen you get when holding the 1 and 6 button while the unit is off showing software version and eeprom info except it will have a (F) in the top left hand side)
5. press button 6
6. use the tune knob and select a different location/(model) i just selected what ever was previous by turning the know counterclockwise.
7. press in on the tune knob to select.
(unit will reprogram and verify you will see its status while it does this happens quickly at the top of the screen)
9. repeat steps 3 thru 7 but put the location/model back to what it was before changing it in step 6.
(unit will reprogram again from internal memory)

These are the things I did messing around and later found that my sat. radio was working.

Kia is a 2010 forte sx
defualt seting for step 6 is A-200TDUSB
S/W version 1.03.usa
EEPROM TD20EL4B

Let me know if that helps any

Also tried it ! Works great ! Thanks a lot ....
Unfortunetly for me, they're some missing channel such as ch27 Liquid Metal ... But I can't say anything, I still have some pretty good stations Smile .... You can have more info lilforte10 by pressing info when you get the information status at the beginning of the 1-4 .... Pressing 1-6 for 2 seconds show only information status

Doh !! Just find out this link : http://www.sirius.com/pdf/SIR-FreeListening-6222.pdf .... seems that it's a coincidence because of this free signal for 2 weeks Sad .... will see on dec 2 if it's still on. Sounds logic, on the pdf, I have the same channels on my sat for now
