Amp remote and ground wire

Amp remote and ground wire
Does anyone who's already installed an amp have a good place for the remote wire to tap into to, and install the ground wire in the trunk?

Just read something online about connecting the remote wire to the cigarette lighter, never done that before any reason I can't?
