Need some sound help!!

Ok, so my Koup arrives tomorrow. And it's booked for tint and after that I want to upgrade the stereo. Am I able to add a sub to the stock system and change the speakers, or will I need to add an aftermarket deck into the system?

I heard the sound in the test drive, and I wasn't overly impressed. I listen to a lot of electro, dubstep so I need my bass hahaha.

And sound wasn't changing my mind on this car!!

yea, you need a line-out converter though. local custom shop should be able to install it

IMO only i would stick with the factory head unit for now. See how it sounds with new speakers and sub. If you still don't like the sound change out the head unit...

Mr. Ratdaddy, how was the stereo system then?
My new koup arrive next month. Researching how to upgrade the speakers. woofer and needbe the head set.

If you have changed the speakers the please let me know which ones you've got installed now and the amp that goes with it.

So far all i have done is to add a 300 watt Bazooka amp under the drivers seat with bass remote and an older 8 inch Kicker brand sub...In my opinion only, i think it sounds prety good.
