Only way I know to get one (insulation standard on the SX) is the dealer. You could contact kiaaccessoryparts.com for better pricing if your dealer won't work with you (or search "kia parts" on line -- there are several).
I like my Kias with their 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty!
