Non-HID white light bulbs
So, I installed a set of dual color LED turn signals/Parking lights that are 6000k. So my head lights and parking lights don't match. I still didn't really want to install and HID kit and have to do permanent damage to my headlights, so I went looking for an alternative.
Since they don't make H11b Bulbs that are white light, I am installing this. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/H11-Headl...4ce8c46add I can take my lead wires from my headlights, hook them up to this plug and install White light H11 bulbs in my car. I just thought other's might want to know about this.

RE: Non-HID white light bulbs
when installing hid kit you dont have to damage anything exept the black cap to let the wires pass by but if you want you don't need to make any hole in there and leave this open without any problems
all are plug and play the black and blue wire from the hid goes right in the headlight connector for the h11b bulbs so you just need to get some skrink to protect the wire to get out of there |

RE: Non-HID white light bulbs
Can you post pics of the work you did? Eventually when the weather gets better I plan on installing the dual color LED turn signals that you did.
Did you buy the $180 ones off eBay? How tough was the install or did you take it to a shop? Sorry for all the questions, this and the LED taillights are something I really wanna do. |

I bought these. fast shipping worked great and depending on how much stuff you have running in your car, you don't have to fix hyperflash http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/Turn-...51397.html

RE: Non-HID white light bulbs
There's no way that I'm paying $60 for turn signals, when my HID kit was less than that. I really want this, but $60 is ridiculous for bulbs that cost them less than $5 in materials/manufacturing. I'll wait until more companies start making these.
$60 is not a lot of money for me, I'm just speaking on principle. |

I really like the look, they are really bright(you can see them perfectly at noon on a sunny day.), and they're still legal. To me they were worth it.

RE: Non-HID white light bulbs
They're worth it to me too. I was considering buying the $180 ones of eBay. I was just waiting for a cheaper alternative to show itsself and it has. You just saved me a lot of money Micheal. Thanks.
