Performance Upgrade
Hi all..

New to this. I just got myself a kia koup 1.6 litres and was hoping that you guys could give me some lead over some upgrades.

I know that you guys have listed the links but I prefer opinions of many before I start to look for the correct upgrades.

I am looking to improve my torque on my 1.6 auto as its rather flat compared to a manual one. Not into hardcore turbokit upgrades but more of a street sport kind of tune. Would like to venture into open pods but what are the disadvantages. Will installing the blitz throttle management, unichip and voltage grounding will do any good?

Lastly, will a VW scirocco 18" fitted on the koup? Couldn't find any exact specs of the rims.

seems to me that you have Euro spec. unfortunately most of us on this forum are American or Canadian, as our cars only have 2.0L and 2.4L, and 1.6L is european specs. if we come across anything we'll let you know though Wink
