Sedan SX Cloth -- Water Spill?
So my friend had a cooler filled with ice in the back seat of my car and spilled it all over the seat
. Anyway, I didn't think much of it because it was water, but now after it dried it left a hella ugly stain in the back. It's just big and blobby and the cloth looks faded where the water was. Is there like a cleaning service or anything that you can do to cloth seats to remove it? I'll try to take a picture, but it's not really clear in pictures. Thanks guys!

RE: Sedan SX Cloth -- Water Spill?
You can attempt to extract it, your local trim shop should have a decent industrial "Spot Shot" stain remover if the extractor doesn't work. Worst case scenario they may be able to replace it under warranty. I know Suzuki has replaced seat covers made of similar material for staining from water.

I actually just looked at my documents and aprantely I have perma plate and it's still under warranty! This should take care of that water spill. I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow.

They said they would be able to get it out no problem, but I really didn't have time for them to work on it because I had to go to work, and I also need an oil change so I want them to do that too. Also my door ding that I got about a month ago they are going to fix it because my perma plate covers the paint too! I am trying to get them to fix the huge deep scratch on the bed of my trunk that my brother put there from trying to fit a TV in my trunk, and I can't get them to budge on that..lol. I figured though.

RE: Sedan SX Cloth -- Water Spill?
So they'll fix damage caused by someone else's door, but they won't fix damage caused by a TV? I think you've been misled somehow.
Where's the 'bed' of your trunk? |

RE: Sedan SX Cloth -- Water Spill?
^I know right! I am going to try and get them both fixed, because that doesn't make any sense. I am sure it will be done. The only thing I could personally think of is because the one caused by the door is not a deep scratch at all and can be buffed out. The one caused by the TV is really deep into the paint. I'll take pics of it when I get off of work today.
Also, I am not too sure how to describe it's location so I said the "Bed of the trunk" lol. I guess the proper term would be the top of the bumper. It's the little ledge that pokes out under the license plate..lol. It's not very visable unless you walk up on the car and take a gander at it. 2010 TITANIUM SX SEDAN
