RE: Rattling interior plastic
6-speaker set here, which I love. Not overpowering and clear, quality sound.

The only rattle I've noticed (during our cold weather) is an occasional soft squeak of the rubber seal at the top of the driver's door.

The sound of course comes only when I got the tunes cranking. I tracked it down to driver's door by the window buttons. When I pushed on the panel, the rattle stopped.....Hmmmmm. I shoved a business card into the side (just a tad...tore off the rest).
The rattle is GONE.
Suppose there is something on the inside of the panel needs to be tightened. So...next step, maybe when I visit the dealership for the first time, I'll get them to open it up and tightened everything in there. (will pull out the paper first Smile

Same exact problem here. When I have the music turned up and the bass is kicking I get a rattle like coins somewhere in my door. Whenever a push up against the arm rest or door panel, it goes away. It's been driving me nuts. Think I might do the same the next time I'm at the dealership and have them look at it.
