I called KIA’s Consumer Assistance Center today (on the advice of a KIA product development specialist at the LA Auto show) to voice my issues and concerns about the Bluetooth in the Forte today. My issues have been the constant nagging of the transfer complete and downloading phonebook messages. I have read in this and other forums many other Bluetooth issues that have not been resolved. However here is my real concern… KIA had not even heard anyone complaining of my issue yet. So please if you are having any issues with your Bluetooth system please call the KIA Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-333-4542 (US only. Canada has another number) and let them know your issues as well. If enough of us call they will make an update to fix the issues.
 
Ok so I got the update from my dealership and KIA corporate. They basically told me that my phone is not supported. They gave me a print out of all the phones supported by different carriers which I will attach. Hope this helps some of you. I looked at all the one's that are supported on Verizon and they seem to be older phones for the most part.
