hey guys....so i was driving a G6 for nearly 2 years up until i traded that in a few weeks ago for my Koup. now, i have gotten used to having the beam blade wipers on my old car for the last 2 years, but i have had different replacement brands for beam blades on my old car and some of them were just crap. now, has anyone found any decent beam blades for the Koup instead of the basic blades??

i thought about the Michellin Radius blades, but they did not last long on my old car. do you guys have any good recommendations for blades?

I\'m running Bosch Icon blades. About $50 per set, due their size. 24\" driver side and 20\" passenger. I\'ve ran them on other vehicles and have no complaints.

thanks! i will have to stop by and pick up a set of these.

ok, so i picked up a set of these and i have to say they seem to be pretty decent. they are much better at clearing the window.

my only complaint about all new wipers is that damn liquid graphite coating on them!! it is a pain to clean off of the blades and the windshield.

Use alcohol to remove the coating. Wiper blades used to come with alcohol pads to clean them prior to the install.

The stock blades on my Koup were horrible...unless you were sitting still. I replaced them after the 1st rain storm we had after buying the car.

The factory blades are perfectly fine. But I will try the Bosch Icons when the time comes to replace. I think replacing blades every 6 months is not necessary unless you live Seattle lol. If you bought Bosch blades 2x a year on 2 cars it would cost over $200 for wiper blades.

i will try the alcohol to remove the coating. i 2nd the stock blades being crap....they were good when driving under 30mph or sitting still. i mean really, we are in 2010...why aren\'t \"beam\" blades standard by now??!!

I live in Oregon and it rains quite a bit here. Ive had my Koup for 6 months and havent had any problems with the stock blades yet.
