bluetooth intermitten problem

Sometimes when i receive a call on the bluetooth , the call will be accepted, but then neither of us can hear each other, and the whole
bluetooth system is \\\'hung\\\'. I can\'t disconnect the call, and have to either
turn the power off on my cell phone, or shut the car off, and back on again.. ?? I AM able to call out on the system with no issue.
Also.. SOMETIMES the same caller can call, and it will be successful. ???

I use my bluetooth daily and have never experienced this. I would take it in to the dealership and see if they can replicate the problem and do something about it.

which phone do you have not all phones are fully compatible ......so far mine works good but not on the list it is a motorola zn5 (motozine) check out list here http://www.kia.com/#/bluetooth/
