Can't turn on audio

I searched and couldn't find anyone with my issue. I have a kia forte ex model. My stereo (the entire factory system) won't turn on. No radio, no aux, no cd, nothing.

I replaced the yellow audio fuse, but realize my clock has always been working. So that most likely wasn't the issue. It's only the audio that isn't working. Read the manual, and there doesn't appear to be any other fuses, except for the 10A, but that's also shared with the clock, and my clock works well...

Any help you can give is very appreciated. Thanks!

No idea what year your Forte is, but if it's under warranty there is only one thing to do.

I have a 2013 kia forte ex, and the exact same thing happen to mine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
