Rough Edges and Cutout Panels??? HELP PLEASE :(

Hey everyone. I just bought a 2012 Forte Koup, however I noticed these cutouts and rough finish on it, is this on yours as well? It is all along the bottom from the door to the wheels, and then the cutout? It is on both sides as well. I am really scared I got a bad model! Please Let me know, thanks.

My sedan has no such 'cutout' lines, and the undercoating (which I assume is the textured pebbly surface) extends across the rocker panel in an even, straight line, instead of being all over the place like on your Koup. I would take it back to the dealer and have them explain to you exactly why this happened, and what they can do to help you, because I certainly wouldn't want to live with a brand new car with marks like that if I paid full price.
