Any other Forte Koup owners out there?

Just bought my black koup sx last Monday. LOVE IT! Took the emblems off today. Tinted the windows and hooked up a sub in the back. Also replaced the tweeters. Sounds and looks AWESOME!

Hey blkoup, could you post pics of your car? I've been wanting to shave off the emblems but haven't had time yet. How long did it take you and is there drill holes behind the rear Kia emblem? Congrats and thanks.

No screw holes behind the emblems. My fiance did it and it took him about 20 minutes. I will post pics tomorrow...its too dark out right now. Really wish I could take the Kia symbols off and get the body smoothed and painted, but that is to risky for me. Don't wanna void the warranty on the paint. What color and car did you get?

who did you go with for your tweeters? I am thinking of replacing all factory speaker's with inifinity kappas, and i've already ordered a rockford 12 and punch amp but haven't decided on the door speakers.

Thanks! It is 5% all the way around. I like DARK tint.

That is illegal here cops would stop you in a heartbeat but it does look nice.

I still can't figure out how to do it!!! It is illegal here too. Believe it or not I had 5% tint on my old Rav4 for 3 years and never got pulled over. My little one is visually impaired and requires dark tint so we have a Dr note if the cops ever did pull me over. I have a feeling in this car it might be more of a problem...we will see.

When I got the dealer to throw in my tint they wouldn't do the 5% on the door windows, but did on the rear and rear sides. they did do 20 on my door windows when 25 is the limit here??? still pretty dark, my girl doesn't like driving at night, with the rear tint plus the auto dimming mirror it does get dark though.
