Driver seat rubbing on console??

Hey guys. I just bought my SX Koup and I love it....with one exception, the driver's seat. The driver's seat rubs against the console lid and it is annoying to hear the leather against leather sound all the time.
Does anyone else have this issue?? I was thinking of unbolting the seat to see if it isn't lined up right....but this issue is driving me insane.
 
24 views and nobody has a response?? doesn't anybody else have this issue?? i unbolted the seat and it is lined up properly, i guess my only option is to put washers under the rear bolt to lift that side up more.

I do not have this issue. Mine seats seem to have plenty of room between them and the console.
 
Can you post a pic of where is rubbing? Is your seat all the way up so you sit closer to the steering wheel? I can't picture how its rubbing the center console.

I don't have a picture, but I will try to get one. Basically the side of the seat rubs against the leather lid of the center console. The passeneger side has enough room for my thumb to fit between them, but the drivers side is touching the console lid. I unbolted the seat and placed 3 washers under the rear bolt and it seems to lift it enough where it doesn't rub, but it is still odd as to why it was like that anyway??
