Help! Installing DRL's on my car.

Hey guys, so I bought DRL's because they're pretty hot looking and catches the eye. The problem is, is that I want to put them where the fog lights (that I don't have) go and have them connected to my parking lights but if you see the pics below, since I don't have the fog lights there is not place to put them. Is it even possible to get the black part on each side cut out to fit them in or no? Also, if it is possible to cut out a space for them (which I will be getting it professionally done) would you do it in the space on the very outside with the straight lines are or would you do it on the inside where the design area is? Thanks.

Not sure what you want to cut things for. They look to be surface mounted lights.

I think it would be cool to wrap them around the outer and bottom edge.
