removing rear speakers/panels??

hey guys, so i bought some new rear speakers for my koup. my question now is how do i remove the rear panels? do i have to take out the back seat to get the side panels out?

sorry, i'm used to my old grand prix where everything had to come out to get the side panels off.

my guess is its the same way. seats and all must come out.
