its not a rental, look @ the trunk... ita a BASE, meaning its got no PW, PL, PM nor does it have A/C... plus a 5speed :)

That's not necessarily true. I had a CX rental for a month and it didn't have a badge on the back either and it had PW, PL, Auto, A/C but no cruise control. I think all forte's are pretty loaded even for their base models. All of them have PW, PL, A/C and even Blutetooth with steering wheel audio mounts. Base in Kia Forte land is still pretty pimped out!
 
Many rental companies dont put the badges on any more since the robberies in Florida and California a few years back. Theyd spot your "Enterprise" car, bump your car, then when you get out they rob you blind. Some Germans were killed in Florida shortly after leaving the airport in their rental car.

When I had my traveling job in 98-2001, I rarely had a car with any rental IDs on them except Avis and it was just a tiny bar code on the window.

x2 Besides, how many of us have already removed most if not all badges or completely changed them out.

actually all base are come with (lol) blacked out grille and no mirror turn signals, and no trunk badging... its basically a bigger Rio...

Out at lunch today I saw a black SX sedan from London Kia. That's the first SX I've seen around town other than mine.
