OK It's a breathalyzer tester can't start till you blow in the hole.: ideao any of the Forte come with the lighted speakers like whats in the Soul . Could be a spot for the control ...???

My Koup SX came with the speaker light but the controls are on the other side of the steering wheel

keep looking , the breathalyzer was a good :idea: though

if i had to take a guess (being too lazy to go look it up at this time, working on a saturday FTL)
i looks like that would be the mic for talking to/thru your bluetooth connection. just a guess, but i think that that is what it is. should say in your owner's manual

Looked in the owner's manual several time , nothing is mention about this

the mic for the Bluetooth is located above the driver's head to the left

come on guys , I can't be the only one who's puzzled :huh:about this

I like the breathalyzer idea. I saw that in the sedan when I took it for a test drive and I figured it was where the speaker light controls where in the Koup, but I guess not. I'll be at the dealer today and I'll see what they make up (they never know as much as we do about the cars )

I think it"s the sensor for the automatic climate control. My Genesis coupe has the same thing. Even models without auto climate sometimes have this sensor.

I double check with a guy at work that drives an "Amanti"
and it is in fact the sensor for climate control

its for the auto climate the one on my cl looked the same and it had to be replaced
also found a rectangle piece of plastic and some screws in my glove box do we know what that is for
